Corporate PRO Dubai provides retained PRO management for companies operating one or more licensed entities in the UAE. The practice is operated by IMC Group (Intuit Management Consultancy), a member firm of Andersen Global, and draws on the same corporate services, tax and compliance teams that support the group's clients across India, the UAE and Singapore.
Why this practice exists separately
PRO work in Dubai is usually sold either as a low-cost add-on to company formation or as an individual hire. Both structures have the same weakness. Neither produces a record, and neither survives the departure of one person.
Groups that carry several licences, a moving headcount and a board that expects clean compliance reporting need something different: a function with a calendar, a service level, a segregation between government cost and service cost, and a monthly statement that can be handed to an auditor without preparation. That is what this desk was set up to provide.
How we work
- Assessment before application. Where a case does not qualify, we say so before fees are spent rather than after an application is refused.
- Client-held credentials. Portals stay registered to the company. We operate as authorised users, which means an exit is a handover rather than a recovery exercise.
- Cost transparency. Government fees at cost with receipts. Service fees on a separate line. No margin concealed inside an authority charge.
- Written commitments. Turnaround times sit in the engagement letter, and the monthly statement reports against them, including when they were missed.
- Named people. A lead and a backup on every account, both introduced at handover.
The wider group
Where a PRO matter runs into adjacent work, the relevant team is already inside the same firm: corporate tax and VAT compliance, accounting and payroll, company secretarial, corporate structuring and cross-border advisory across the India, UAE and Singapore corridor. Clients who want only the PRO desk get only the PRO desk. Clients who need the rest do not have to go looking for it.

Authority fees are passed through at cost with the receipt attached. Our fee sits on a separate line, never folded into a government charge.

About the practice
Is this the same as IMC Group?
It is operated by IMC Group. The PRO desk runs as a distinct practice with its own team and its own service commitments, because retained PRO work has a different rhythm from advisory work and benefits from being managed as an operational function rather than a project.
Do you only work with large groups?
No, though the model is built for companies with continuous transaction flow. A single licence with two visas and no hiring plan is usually better served directly through the relevant portal, and we say so on the call rather than selling a retainer that will not earn its fee.
Can you support entities outside Dubai?
Yes, across the Emirates, with each entity tracked against its own authority. Abu Dhabi, DIFC and ADGM follow their own processes and are handled on the same register rather than in a separate silo.
